Fr. Marx holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, and he holds two Masters degrees in Theology (Leuven Belgium). He was ordained in 1984 and has been active in priestly ministry for a total of 12 years (1984-89 and 1999-2006). He served as Counselor and Trainer at Youth Villages for ten years, and has done retreats and speaking engagements on a wide variety of topics in numerous states and Europe. At every parish he has actively pursued the creation of Bible studies and Sunday School classes. He and his wife Ann have two children, Madison, age 11, and Luke, age 8. |
