Dave Wright has been in full time youth ministry for over 18 years. He served for ten years at Christ Church of Oak Brook, IL, a 5,000 member congregation in the suburbs of Chicago, and then five years at St John’s (C of E) in Cheshire, England. Since 2001 he has been the Coordinator for Youth Ministries in the Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina. He now assists churches and youth ministers in developing their youth ministries and is currently engaged in a bit of speaking, consulting, and training outside of the Diocese of South Caroline as well. He is a regular feature writer for Youthwork Magazine in the UK and has contributed articles to Youthworker Journal here in the states. Dave and his wife Jane have been married for nearly twenty years. They have three teenage children and a Jack Russell Terrier. Articles by David Wright |
